Home staging isn’t a useful lever in two situations: first, for investment properties and multi-family buildings sold to investors \u2014 here, figures matter, not living atmosphere. Second, for properties in absolute prime locations with limited supply \u2014 demand exists regardless.<\/p>\n\n\n
Virtual staging replaces physical furnishing with photorealistic 3D visualizations. Advantages: significantly cheaper (typically CHF 200\u2013800 per room), faster to implement, and infinitely variable. Disadvantages: at in-person viewings, the room stays empty \u2014 the emotional impact of physical staging doesn’t materialize.
